Can I cancel my order after placing it? 

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by going to the ‘My Orders’ section. For our business and institutional buyers retailer orders, orders cannot be cancelled from the account dashboard. Cancellations can only be processed by the admin after a request is raised. Reatilers cannot cancel orders from their account dashboard.

How do I cancel an order before it has been shipped? 

You can cancel the order by going to the ‘My Orders’ section. Please note it is NOT possible to cancel an order after it is dispatched. In case of a pre-paid order, the amount will be refunded in 2-5 working days to the same mode of payment that was used to place the order. 

How do I cancel an order after it has been shipped? 

Since we work on a Print on Demand (POD) model, the books are printed only once the order is received from the customer. Orders once printed and dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Can I opt for an exchange or return of the book(s) ordered? 

You cannot return an order, but you will be eligible for a replacement, without incurring any additional charges only in the case of:
a. Missing content
b. Damage
c. Delivery of the wrong book
d. The book is different from the description on the product display page
You can request a replacement by contacting our Customer Service team. You can call +91-86520 50510 (9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri) or write to customer@bookscape.com within 3 days from the time of delivery. Please provide the reason for requesting a replacement, and include up to 5 images of the book.
Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you request a replacement for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the book(s) before issuing the replacement.
In case you have received the wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe and undamaged. Also, retain the invoice and the packaging for successful pick-up and return.

Are there any cancellation charges?  

No, there are no order cancellation charges on our online bookstore. We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes, you might need to cancel an order. If you cancel an order before it is shipped, no cancellation charges are applicable. However, it is NOT possible to cancel an order after it is dispatched.

If I used a coupon code or reward points for payment and then canceled my order, would I be able to use the coupon code later?

If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it may not be usable for a later purchase, depending on the conditions of the coupon. 

How will I get refunded for the returned orders? 

We do not offer refunds. You can request a replacement of your order as explained in this section “Can I opt for an exchange or return of the book(s) ordered?”

I have received a damaged/defective or wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?  

You can request a replacement by contacting our Customer Service team. write to official@ghigh.store within 3 days from the time of delivery. Please provide the reason for replacement, and include up to 5 images of the book.
Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you request a return/exchange for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the book(s) prior to issuing refund/replacement.
